Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only if the product you receive is damaged, broken, missing parts, or not working.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

If the return is approved, the return process will be completed within 7–10 business days.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

• The item is not damaged or defective

• The return request is made after 7 days

• The product has been used, tampered with, or is not in original condition

• The item was purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion

🛠 Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, missing, or not working:

• Contact us immediately with photos/video of the issue

We will review your case and provide further return instructions.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

💳 Refund Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
